I. Placing OrdersPlease note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Most orders ship out the same business day they are placed. However, there are rare occasions when orders are placed on hold either because additional information is needed to complete the order, or there is insufficient quantities. If an order consisting of more than one product is partly out of stock, only those items in stock will be shipped, and the rest placed on back order. If those items on back order have been discontinued, your order will be modified so that you will only be charged for the items that you have been shipped.
II. Tracking OrdersUpon checkout, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. To track your order, click

III. Our ProductsAll products sold by Challenger Online are considered new, factory sealed & covered by manufacturer warranties except those that are located in the section "Refurbished Department". All of our refurbished products have passed a thorough examination by their respectable manufacturers and come with a manufacturer's warranty. If your order is delivered not in this condition, please contact us immediately.
IV. Shipping Methods and DestinationsAll orders placed before 3pm PST are shipped the same business day for in stock items, except international orders which take longer for processing. Our shipping method is through United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and United States Postal Service (USPS). To calculate shipping costs before placing an order, add the item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address. On the next page you will be given the shipping costs before having to enter your payment information.
Orders to APO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, and AlaskaOrders destined to APO, PO Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and may vary in shipping costs. If an order requires any shipping costs changes, the customer will be contacted before any actual changes are carried out.
For your convenience, we offer four shipping options on all shipments shipped by UPS:

Next Day AirNote: We do not ship on weekends or holidays as these days do not count as part of the delivery time and the shipping carrier is not in service.
International orders are shipped by US Airmail. In order to protect our customers and verification purposes, it may take 4-5 weeks for international orders to be shipped. Please also have in mind that packages may be delayed upon customs declarations.
Next Day and 3 Day Select shipping services are not available for international orders.V. Credit Card ProcessingPrior to shipping any product, Challenger Online runs an address verification test with the card holder's credit card company to ensure that the billing address matches. All US credit card charges are not processed until the item has been shipped.
All orders with different shipping and billing addresses may be delayed and we may contact you for verification purposes.
VI. Rejected or Unreachable DeliveriesIf for any reason a delivery is refused by the customer or if the carrier (UPS, USPS) is unable to reach the recipient for delivery, Challenger Online will charge a 15% restocking fee plus the total amount of the shipping charges to the customers credit card.
VII. Sales TaxState laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they are resident. Challenger Online is currently resident in the state of California. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes to all orders shipped within California.
For California orders only:Effective Jan. 1, 2009, a new disposal fee will be added to certain products containing CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) screens. The fee, required by new state legislation, goes toward collecting and recycling electronic waste.
The $8 to $25 fee applies to California sales of these products:
CRT or LCD computer monitors
Laptop computers
CRT-containing televisions

VIII. 28-Day Return/Exchange PolicyYour complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you order from Challenger Online does not meet our description, you may return it within 28 days after placing it.
A.General
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you.
If a return is desired within the return period, we will gladly refund your money less 10% restocking fee and less any shipping and handling charges incurred by Challenger Online after we receive and inspect the item and found to have no defect or any sign of use. If an exchange is desired with a different item within the exchange period, we will gladly exchange the item for you after we receive and inspect the item and found to have no defect or any sign of use. You are responsible for any shipping and handling fee might occur in the exchange process.
B. Defective merchandise return/exchange policy
It is your responsibility to report a defective item(s) immediately (within 72 hours) upon receiving your item(s) (per tracking information), after 72 hours Challenger assume the item(s) was/were received in perfect condition. If an EXCHANGE is requested within the first 28 days for a defective item that have been approved by challenger Online to be defective, we will exchange the item and ship the item for you at our cost including any shipping and handling charges. However, if a REFUND is requested for a defective item that have been approved by challenger Online to be defective, we will refund your merchandise cost less the 10% restocking fee (at our desire) and less any shipping and handling charges incurred by Challenger Online. If an item was not available for an EXCHANGE for the returned defective item, we will issue a full refund including any shipping and handling charges. If the item was returned to Challenger Online and found to have no defect we will (at our desire)either return the item to you at your cost or we will refund the original cost of the item less 10% restocking fee and less and shipping charges incurred for that item.
C. 60-Day Extended Warranty Policy
We offer 60 days warrant on HomeDynamics Water Dispensers and Navy Star Aerial antennas only. Any other items, the customer must directly contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty concerns. Challenge Online dose not cover any warranty on any items other than the ones mentioned above. Please refer to our 28-Day Return/Exchange Policy for any question.
It is important that all your concerns or any choice of return or exchange must be in writing by emailing us at
returns@challengeronline.com. Please do not call, to better assist you, use the email for record keeping and faster service. We will make every effort to accommodate you in every way possible. Your satisfaction is of our priority.
D. RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)The following return procedures should be noted and followed with extreme accuracy:
Before returning any merchandise, you must first call to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing us at
returns@challengeronline.com. Please provide your name, the item you wish to return, your order number, and your reason for returning. Also note whether you wish an exchange or credit. You will be replied within 24-48 hours and an RMA number will be sent to you. You must write this RMA number on the outside of the box as well as on the invoice. You can ship your item back to us through any carrier. We must receive the package within 10 days after issuing your RMA number.
Any returns shipped to us without a pre-approved RMA code will be refused without notice and automatically returned. Your invoice is required for all returns. Challenger Online reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on merchandise returned. Please allow up to 14 days for RMA credits to be issued. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less shipping and handling fees. Credits are only made when items arrive back to our warehouse.

Chula Vista CA, 91911IX. Order CancellationsMost orders in stock usually ship the same day. Because of this, you must notify us if you wish to cancel your order before they are shipped. $7 handling fee will be assessed upon canceling an order if it has been already packaged and not shipped.
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees related to order cancellations that have already shipped.
